uTheory is Hiring

We’re looking for a friendly, knowledgeable team member to temporarily support teachers and students using uTheory, this February through April. This role focuses on answering questions, working with schools to establish licenses, and ensuring users get the most out of the platform. If you’re passionate about teaching with uTheory and helping others succeed, we’d love to hear from you.

Position: Temporary Head of Teacher Engagement

Location: Fully remote

Schedule: Part-time, flexible hours

Start Date: Immediately through April 30th, 2026

Primary Responsibilities

• Respond to teacher questions and student support requests about using uTheory via email
• Return occasional phone calls from teachers or students
• Work with schools to provide quotes, send invoices, and process payments for uTheory licenses

Additional Responsibilities (as needed)

• Communicate uTheory news and updates to teachers through email newsletters

Requirements

• Clear, friendly, and professional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to respond promptly to teacher questions and support needs
• Reliable computer and internet access
• Experience with uTheory preferred
